2. Eligibility

Unless stated otherwise on a product page, your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your personal use and internal use within your own business/team.

Share the materials internally with members of your company/team.
You may not:
Resell, redistribute, or publicly share the materials (including posting them online).
Share access credentials or distribute the files to people outside your organization.
Claim the materials as your own or remove branding/attribution.

4. No guarantees
We make no guarantees about specific results. These kits are tools and frameworks; outcomes depend on your context and implementation.

6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

8. Orders, Delivery and Access (Digital Products)
8.1 When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a digital product. The purchase is confirmed when we send you an order confirmation email.
8.2 Access to purchased products is provided through your account on academy.empulso.co and/or via downloadable files made available after checkout.
8.3 Delivery is typically immediate. In some cases, access may take a short time to activate. If you do not receive access within a reasonable time, contact us at hola@mavicarrasco.com and we will help you.
8.4 Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
8.5 We may update or improve digital products over time. If updates are provided, they will be available through your account.
9. Cancellation and Refunds
9.1 Because our products are digital downloads and/or digital access, all sales are final once access is granted or the files are delivered, unless otherwise required by law.
9.2 If you experience a technical issue (wrong file, broken download, access not granted), contact hola@mavicarrasco.com and we will fix it.
9.3 EEA/UK consumers: If you are in the EEA/UK, you may have a 14-day withdrawal right. However, for digital content you may lose this right once delivery or access begins, if you consent to immediate delivery/access at checkout.

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
11. Changes to these Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change the Website, its Content or these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be bound by any changes to the Terms and Conditions from the first time you use the Website following the changes. If We are required to make any changes to these Terms and Conditions by law, these changes will apply automatically to any orders currently pending in addition to any orders placed by you in the future.

Empulso Corp uses industry best practices to provide a high uptime, we do our best to keep the Website running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We give no warranty that the Website will be free of defects and / or faults and we do not provide any kind of refund for outages. We provide no warranties (express or implied) of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of information, compatibility and satisfactory quality.
12.2 We accept no liability for any disruption or non-availability of the Website resulting from external causes including, but not limited to, ISP equipment failure, host equipment failure, communications network failure, power failure, natural events, acts of war or legal restrictions and censorship.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to EMPULSO CORP as a Delaware company, unless local consumer law requires otherwise.
